March 8, 2016 is known as International Women’s Day, a day to recognize and praise the advancements that women have made in society since the day’s creation in 1908. International Women’s Day offers Advize Health an excellent opportunity to praise one of our very own powerful, professional women – Navreet Dhaliwal.
Advize Health is proud to announce the promotion of Navreet to the position of Manager.
Prior to joining Advize Health as an associate about a year ago, Navreet offered to work for us as a volunteer while waiting to be placed onto the payroll as a full time employee. She gave us her time for several weeks while we sorted out the paperwork, digging right in and exceeding all expectations. It didn’t take long for her to become a Senior Associate, and she quickly adopted the responsibilities of a Manager by helping us mature both our Audit and Advisory practices.
The initiative demonstrated by Navreet is tremendous and unwavering. She was an integral component of Advize Health’s largest project implementation and execution this year. Navreet has provided valuable oversight to projects for hospitals, clinics, and providers, and assisted in the management of a variety of projects concurrently since her second month on the team. Her consistency and attention to detail equipped her for taking on operational roles; and she now oversees tasks such as invoicing and proposal writing.
As she takes on her new role as Manager, she will continue to manage our projects and our team while she works to cultivate a strong government service line for state and federal clients. Navreet has built a strong reputation in the industry, and her presence is often requested at conferences and in client meetings. Moreover, she has open and welcomed communication with all members of the Advize Health team, often taking time out of her day to talk to our staff, from interns to Senior managers. She has proven on several accounts that not only is she dedicated to the job, but she is dedicated to the team and all of those who work alongside her.
During her recent trip to India, many clients sung her praises and were disappointed that they wouldn’t be able to speak with her during the meeting – which is certainly a testament to her ability to make strong business relationships. We are inspired by her ability to execute excellent client deliverables and maintain strong working and personal relationships with those she interacts with. Her interpersonal skills, coupled with her calm demeanor and willingness to adapt to any of our needs will serve her (and us!) well as she gets comfortable in her new position.
Navreet’s experience with Advize Health ranges from working in the backseat of a car for 4 hours, to working on back office projects, to client delivery with our clinical Senior anagement Team. Her dedication to the company can best be explained in a short anecdote from our Managing Director:
In December I picked Navreet up at 5am, and we picked up the rest of our team on the way to a presentation in Miami. We worked in the car for the entire 4-hour car ride to get some deliverables out to clients. Navreet took meetings, status calls, and prepared for our presentation all the way down to Miami. Navreet didn’t get home until 2am the following day, and worked the entire time while I had fallen asleep in the back seat!
Thank you Navreet for helping me build this company up, and for always putting in more than an 8-hour day. Congratulations, we are so proud to have you as a member of the Advize Health team.
