This week’s topic is patient advocacy. As the season of enrollment is upon us, we think about what makes this difficult-to-understand process easier for everyone. Google could potentially be making it easier for enrolling in Medicare and/or Medicaid.
From learning about plans to finding healthcare providers that accept them. The point of contention becomes if a person must be tech-savvy (as some of the 65+ community might not be) to leverage Google in the way that makes this process easier.
