Meet Alexis

What were you doing before you joined Advize?

I was an Investigative Auditor for the Texas Attorney General’s Office Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. I had interned there in college and they were kind enough to hire me on after graduation. 

What brought you to Advize?

Actually, I had been following Advize after Jeanmarie and Eric spoke at an OAG conference. I had admired what you all do and kept my eye out for any opportunities.

When was the last time you worked incredibly hard?

Though I try to work hard in each endeavor I encounter, I would have to say in college. I graduated in 2020, within 3 years and at the age of 20. I was working as a waitress, a full time student, and had my internship. Those were long days, weeks, and months, but it was all worth it. 

What do you like to do in your free time?

I am an avid reader and book collector, but I also enjoy spending time with my family and fiancé. Most of my free time now is spent in the gym, reading, or working on wedding plans!
