One of Advize Health’s Interns, Chrissy, remains quite involved with the Special Olympics Florida- Healthy Communities Tampa Bay and recently volunteered for Fall Games 2015 Special Olympics. Chrissy and her counterpart designed and implemented a hand hygiene program for their team of athlete leaders. Their hand hygiene program will now be implemented throughout the state of Florida.
Q: What was your favorite part of volunteering for Special Olympics Fall Games 2015?
A: My favorite part was the opportunity to interact with the athletes and make a difference by helping to teach them healthy habits such as hand hygiene.
